Horrible experience with Leon. Purchased a washer two months ago, and supposed to receive it in 6 weeks. But, I still have not received it after 8 weeks. Every time, I call the shop, they told me I need to wait another two-three weeks. The shop can not deliver the product to the customer and keep on giving excuses.

After sending the email below, I received 2 calls from Cara I believe asking me to contact her in regard to my email. I was unable to contact her during her hours stayed in the phone messages.
My husband, Mark Robinson, contacted the Brockville Leon’s today and left a message for the manager to call him. He received a call back from Peter. Peter advised my husband that there was nothing that could be done in regard to compensation for our poor service until the new mattress arrives.
Mark inquired as to why a damaged mattress would be delivered to our home and was advised by Peter that sometimes it happens. Sometimes it happens???? As per the attached picture, the mattress was visibly damaged and should never have been loaded onto the truck for delivery.
At this point, I am demanding a full refund of the $563.87 as I no longer wish to deal with Leon’s and the poor business practices and poor customer service.
Please advise, in writing, when I may expect my full refund of $563.87.

Good evening. I received an order today of a king sized mattress. The mattress that was delivered to me had tears in it and appeared to have been folded over at some point.
The delivery drivers were excellent – pointing out to me the damage and condition of the mattress. I refused delivery.
One of my issues is that this mattress should have never been loaded onto the truck for delivery to me.
I have spoken to the manager of the Brockville Leon’s who has advised me that my replacement mattress will be available anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
I had to take the day off of work today to receive the mattress and will now have to take another day off when the replacement mattress is to be delivered.
I had already moved my king mattress out of my bedroom on the 2nd floor of my home anticipating that my new mattress delivered today would be useable. I have had to move my old mattress back upstairs tonight.
Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. I have paid an additional $50 for delivery of the damaged mattress. I am requesting that this amount be refunded back to me.
At this point, I will not likely be shopping with Leon’s again. Please advise, in writing, what you are able to offer for compensation for my waisted day today.

Tracy is really helpful, she helped me today to choose the living and dining rooms. Thank you so much for good employees and the good furniture 😊.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly. Showed me various options to help make my purchase. Price is good too, great sale prices.
Show room furniture is not for sale. Delivery dates 2 to 3+ months.
Had a good in person chat with rep Jan Murphy. He explained all the difficulties with manufacturers given the times. Decided the continue with our purchase.
