I made an appointment for today due to something not feeling right with an upper tooth. Dr. Patel and her assistant, sorry for the name, were both new to me and very understanding, thorough and comforting. Wasn’t news I was expecting, but my options were thoroughly explained. Not happy about having to have the upcoming work done, but it’s necessary and I’m glad I called to be seen.

I would definately recommend their office to anyone seeking comforting and thorough, knowledgeable dental care. I’ve been going since 2011 and am quite happy overall.

The staff made every effort to make me feel safe. I was very impressed when they took my tempature. I would highly recommend their services.

Today was my third procedure in 3 week. The office and staff are taking the utmost care to give a safe environment during COVID-19 protocols. The staff is still as friendly as ever. Due to the protocols in place you might find your appointments running 10 to 15 minutes behind schedule. But that is to be expected. Overall thank you for your wonderful service, and making me feel comfortable during my procedures.

My 3.5 year old had her first experience at the dentist today at dentistry @ brockville. Bailey did what they called a “chair ride” to introduce her to everything and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how well it went ! My daughter, who wont even let me near her with an electric kids toothbrush, let bailey polish her teeth! So impressed. Would definitely recommend :)
