Flowers are okay but the service is terrible. If you want to suprise someone with flowers this is not the place to order them.

Reply : I understand that operating a delivery company cost money, and that is why your costomers pay for (delivery). In most cases the reason people buy gifts is to suprise someone. Maybe, considering im paying for the delivery anyways. You could make an attempt to deliver ,and if that doesnt work. then you contact the person or leave something on the door to pick up at (this destination) like every other delivery service ive dealt with. I get your trying to make it easy for yourselves but if you going to charge for a service, it should be done properly. Im not trying to be an ***hole but i figured id give you my input on how you could improve, and why i am not happy. Thanks for your response

The only flower shop and gifts in town plus he keeps a little section just for British products,pickled onions,battenbrg cake,all kinds of English candy worth a stop and look he will order in quantity amazing flower arrangements.

Flowers are very pretty but the overall service is not great. I look young so I was spoken down to and asked “how much can you afford” which I took a very big offence to and found VERY disrespectful. Also, if you want to surprise someone with a online order they tend to call them before delivering so kind of ruins the “surprise” other than that flowers are nice. Maybe you should specifie you WILL be contacting said person instead and assuring the purchaser that they will not be notified as specific instructions were to NOT call them as they WILL be home, as they work from home. Instead of making the purchaser believe this gift is going to be a surprise and lie to them saying you will not call them before delivery…..

I called this morning to order flowers for my sister. Luke answered and was very easy to talk to, very patient, explained in detail what was available to order and made suggestions to meet my desires for what I wanted, then… within two hours, he had sent me an e-mail with a picture of the BEAUTIFUL arrangement he had put together, which far EXCEEDED my expectations. The floral arrangement he created is GORGEOUS! I will DEFINITELY use Alpine Florists for any future orders!

I always buy flowers for my parents in Elliot Lake and they are the best!! Very friendly people and very prompt service! I highly recommend them
