I give dr lyttle all 5 stars. For him and the nurse that takes the height and weight. I would probably give 2 stars to the receptionist. I called her back to have to switch an appointment. I didnt want to do it but i had no choice but to switch appointments she was so so rude. She actually makes me dread calling there office because she will answer. As for dr Lyttle he is the best and knows how to talk to young kids. Dr Lyttle is the best. His receptionist needs to learn how to treat people and how to handle people if they need to cancel an appointment because sometimes life and jobs get in the way

I couldn’t agree more with the other comments. Dr. Lyttle and the nurse are amazing practitioners (5/5). However, the receptionist makes the experience very challenging. I have personally been a victim of her rudeness and condescending behaviour and have also witnessed her behave this way to numerous other caregivers/parents. She is relentless in her attempts to exert her ‘power’ by being overly authoritative and pushing back on anything and everything (heaven forbid you forget your child’s health card!!!! Or want to change an appointment, expect to be challenged and questioned as if your doing something to personally offend her! inquiring about test results, you name It!). I too, dread calling or going as a result of having to communicate with her. My rating is so low because of the aforementioned and although all the other staff are wonderful, the receptionist is still being kept on staff despite not providing respectful and thoughtful care to Patients, which truly impacts the overall experience.

Dr. Lyttle is great. I took my daughter to see him and he responded to lol the questions and gave us options. We can’t wait to see him again in two weeks. The receptionist wasn’t bad at all as the other comments mention, and we were 8 minutes late to find the place. Thank you dr. Lyttle.

Dr Lyttle and staff are absolutely wonderful! They listen to the parent and child and seem to truly care! When needed urgently quite often they will get you in quickly!

Dr Lyttle is a fantastic dr who I believe genuinely cares for his patients.
I honestly don’t understand the negative comments about the receptionist. Not only have I never had a problem with her, I’ve told people how fantastic she is.
I’ve never had an issue rescheduling an appointment, I’m always called back in a very timely manner if I leave a message AND if my son gets sick over night they have been able to squeeze him in that day or the next morning- something his paediatrician’s secretary is NEVER willing to do.
She’s always been willing to discuss anything I have questions about and I’ve never felt an ounce of attitude from her.
I highly recommend this office
