This is a great drive-thru location in the center of the city.

I literally avoid this tim hortons like the plague. I get the same thing every morning, ice coffee with milk and am actually surprised if it doesn’t taste like someone poured sewer water in it. The customer service is so poor at this location that any time I raise my concerns I get met with dirty looks and the staff barely talk to me. I’ve tried being nice seeing as I’ve worked at tim hortons before and understand the stress/pressure, but I’m truly not sure whats going on…maybe its the morning staff but I go out of my way to avoid the location. Its unfortunate that I have to go else where every morning when this location is the closest to my home.

Always my go to place. Very nice ambience. Clean washrooms. Service is quick but interaction is minmal.

Just went thru drive thru this morning march 18 and the girl served me very very beautiful the one with her nails all done

Today the person who was working at the drive through window was amazing. I use to work retail and the proper form is to respond before the customer. She did that perfectly. She said good morning before I did and said have a great day before I could say thank you. It would have been around 8:45 am. Great job and hopefully you get rewarded. 😁
