The only reason u are getting 3 stars because Madonna was great to deal with but as soon as I got to the cashier everything was down hill, so I don’t want to give my email address no need to grab the pen and paper and be rude

Madonna at the premium outlet collection was amazing. Great service, had excellent product knowledge, great taste in fashion and provided service with a smile. Would shop there again and if you go, ask for her

Frustrating return policy. I bought a pair of boots two weeks ago and now they are on sale. They refuse to do any price adjustments if it is more than 7 days out. Most places will accommodate price changes but for some reason Browns doesn’t honour that. I’ll never shop at Browns for a pair of shoes again

I received the best customer service when I went into the Browns outlet store from Shaelyn. She helped me when I was looking for a specific type of shoe. Although I couldn’t find what I was looking for, she was so helpful and overall such a great experience while she was serving me. I will definitely be coming back to this location more often👍
