Shannon did my hair and I absolutely love it! She listened to exactly what I wanted, and it turned out absolutely amazing! She was kind and considerate, and even stayed behind after I was done (we finished very late at night) to make sure I got into my ride okay! Finally found the salon that I will be going to from now on, as I have jumped around a lot! 6/5 stars

I had my hair done by another hairdresser who didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to achieve results faster than we were capable of getting them, resulting in ruining my hair.
So I reached out to Shannon @ Annie’s & she assured me we could save my hair!
I had a colour correction done and was ecstatic with the results Shannon was able to achieve!
My hair went from a horrible orange/red colour to a beautiful brown is partial blonde highlights!
I couldn’t be happier with my hair! Shannon is truly talented & very personable! she made me feel super comfortable and set up the expectations from the beginning! extremely professional & will definitely be going back for further service!

My daughter had her eyebrows waxed by a new technician to the shop named Anya. She was very polite, professional and thorough. Was impressed by her services. Would definately recommend.

I went for an eyebrow wax and hair cut today. No one introduced themselves by name.

The eyebrow wax was just ok but she did not remove excess wax and I had to use olive oil to get the wax off of my face.

The young woman who started to cut my hair wanted to shorten it and I told her I would not feel comfortable going shorter then mid-neck. She struggled with the cut and shortened one side too much. She had to call on someone else to fix it.

The owner of the salon (I assume) had to come and help save my hair cut. Given that you can not add hair back to the length she did the best she could to save the cut. However it is several inches shorter then discussed.

I booked a $55 hair cut and they charged me more even though they knew I was not satisfied.

I would give a lower rating but I think the woman running the salon is working her butt off and probably would have done a better job. I wish when booking online you are told what level of stylist you would receive so you can book accordingly.

Jessica is amazing with my hair! Shes always up front about what to expect and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted! Can’t wait to go back for my third session with her!

I also got my first ever wax with Sabrina & she’s great! She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. minimal pain and amazing results!

Definitely worth the one hour drive for me! :)
