Tried the 2 can dine Tuesday special and it did not disappoint – great haddock and generous portions for the price! We upsized the fries for $2 and could even save enough to each have lunch the next day too. Tasty and fresh considering takeout sometimes turns crispy things mushy – but fish stayed nice and crispy! Also really pleased as the breading is gluten free (you would never know) so I can actually eat it. 5 stars!

One of the best fish and chips places in Ontario. Lightly battered and very fresh, the coleslaw is also one of my favorites. Tuesday specials are an awesome deal at $21 for 3 pieces of Haddock, Fries and a large Coleslaw. A bit of a drive for me, but well worth the trip.

Went in to get a gift card and couldn’t resist grabbing a container of their frozen Acadian chowder. My wife and I having been raving about it ever since. Can’t wait to try their fish and chips. Everything is gluten free and the staff were pretty darn friendly. Highly recommend Hammerheads!

Some of the best fish n’ chips in town! My husband isn’t often a big fan but he also really enjoyed the food. The batter wasn’t too thick (which we find is often an issue with other places) and it was just the right amount. I would definitely go back there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for fish n’ chips. They also have excellent service and are very friendly.

if you google best fish and chips in the world I’ve been to the top two in the UK. This Hammerheads Fish and Chips establishment, beats them- The chips are perfect like the best chips you remember with crunchy bits, cooked through, steaming hot. High quality potatoes, clean taste.
The fish is lightly battered- (we ordered a piece of cod and the perch special) crispy, gluten free batter, nice generous pieces of fish. Absolutely done to perfection.
You don’t need to travel to the UK for the best fish and chips any more they’re in Hamilton Ontario in a quaint little shop with a blue sign.
