I’ve bought beer here a couple of times and they’re usually pretty good but today I brought in empties for the first time. I’m not from BC so I asked the woman (had a nose piercing) working what to do and instead of quickly explaining that they want them in flats, she laughed and told me to read the signs that I had just read…I didn’t think I sounded rude or demanding – I just honestly had no idea what I was doing – but her response was unnecessarily rude. This is the closest liquor store to me but I would rather drive a bit farther for better customer service.
