My experience with RAM has been incredible. From the first day I attended class I was made to feel welcome. It’s a perfect studio to feel comfortable with individualized support by offering small classes, one on one training and an amazing set of coaches. Coach Ryan helped me progress with fitness and nutrition and with his assistance I’ve been able to not only meet my goals but to surpass them and add challenges to my fitness that I never thought possible including completing my first half marathon at the age of 50 and my first triathlon at the age of 51.
