Been using them for a few years grests customer service always ready to help never had any issues so far

Best rates. Honest brokers.
If I could I would give them zero stars. Was on hold forever then told to leave a message. I wanted to change my insurance policies to a local broker. 10 days later still have not heard back from them. Strange idea of customer service. Anyway someone else now has my business.

Don’t get fooled by this company. Best price doesn’t mean, best service. The insurance salesperson was fine and offered be good service however, when it came down to customer service, wow…what a waste. I spoke with 2 different service reps there and both were extremely rude. Would not let me speak. Kept interrupting me, threatened to cancel my insurance and finally hung up on me. It seems like my call with them was recorded. I sure hope someone takes the time to listen to it. They will have confirmation of the low grade employees they hire. Must be underpaid to be this rude. I could write a lot more but, would take me much more time. I had to check one star because there were no zero star.

Received acknowledgement email with apologies from the supervisor. I was notified that all recordings would be heard.
I was assured that the situation would be addressed so that the attitude and behavior of brokers would change and improve.

After 13 claim-free years, without missing a single payment, we initiated the process for a claim regarding some water damage in the garage. An estimator from Aviva, the insurer, was sent for inspection and evaluation, and after determining that the cause for the leak was ice damming and faulty flashing, we were advised that we could claim $2,500 to repair the damage to the interior drywall. Rather than grab the money and immediately do the repairs, we decided that the more sensible course of action would be to first redo the garage roof surface properly to preclude the possibility of recurrence. This roof is not very steep and needs to be surfaced like a flat roof; it shouldn’t be shingled. The problem was that this type of roofing project is costly — approximately $12,000 — and we needed some time before we could embark on it. For months, we were saving for this, and then, with no warning, conditions, or ultimatums, out of the blue, we received a registered letter from Aviva advising us that our policy is being cancelled. Five words expressed the grounds for this decision: “[we] did not meet [their] underwriting guidelines.” We spoke with at least three different AGR brokers about this, none of whom could provide us with a clear and definitive reason for this cancellation. It seemed, though, that it probably had to do with our not activating the claim for so long. But there was absolutely no urgency: the gaps in the flashing were fixed, and the interior ceiling and insulation were removed to minimize the possibility of ice damming — there was longer any leak from that ceiling. No one ever asked us about what the situation was, or what has been done, or the reason for the delay. Aviva just summarily cancelled our policy, with complete disregard to the ramifications of such action on our ability to secure insurance in the future, and AGR could not, or would not, explain why. Was that just a simple way to renege on a claim decision?
