This is my 2nd time using 1st Choice Home Solutions for my roof, the 1st time was 2015. This company is my go-to as I’m very comfortable with how they do business. They are in constant communication with their clients, ensure satisfaction and use solid materials to get the job done. We had 1st Choice Home Solutions install our new roof in 2019 and we were extremely happy . The whole process from start to finish was very professional – Glen is very thorough and explained everything from start to finish. The work crews are very professional and tidy and get the job done. The communication from 1st Choice is great too – any questions we had were answered immediately. We this year needed a new back exterior door, so of course we called 1st Choice and appointment was set up with Glen. Great service again! Door was ordered and due to covid 19 it took a little longer for it to come in so Tanya at 1st Choice sent a card with personal message apologizing for the delay and a Tim Horton’s card – which we were not expecting at all! Super customer service and with covid affecting everyone, 1st Choice has made sure their customers come first! Would definitely recommend for any upcoming projects. I am sure we will be booking again in the future. Thank you for the great service Glen, Tanya, Les and the entire staff!

Nov 2020. We had a metal roof installed with 1st Choice Home Solutions. We are very happy with the product and especially with Stephen and his team. They worked diligently through some cold & windy (even snowy) weather to get a beautiful result! We highly recommend 1st Choice Home Solutions !!

1st Choice recently installed a new door and front windows in my home. From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with the service and the results. I had four other quotes from various local companies. Two of those companies stated a new door would be too difficult to install due to it needing to be custom made. The other two companies said that my options were very limited. 1st Choice was the only company that stated with confidence the job could not only be completed, I could have my choice of product and the final pricing was comparable to the two others that said they could do “something” but not what I wanted.
The entire team was friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble to ensure 100% satisfaction.
I would highly recommend them for whatever outdoor home improvement you’re looking to have done. I will also definitely use them again for other home renovation projects in the future.

We are very happy we chose 1st Choice. Some of the selling points for us were, they are a local family owned business that offer many services. We replaced our roof, skylight, eavestroughs, windows and some siding. We were looking to give our home a more modern updated look and with Glen’s expertise and guidance we achieved this and are very happy with the finished product. Glen is very knowledgeable and friendly, he is always on time, his quotes are very detailed and don’t change. There was never any sales pressure whatsoever. 1st Choice are competitive with their pricing and their products are of high quality.
