I’ve been living here since December 1st 2018 and I’m very happy with this place. The manager here, Oleksandra, is very helpful and responsive, easy to deal with.

We moved to 275 North Service Road 6 month ago and more than happy with our decision! Location is great – right near the highway (building has a great noise isolation), 2 minutes from the gym and walking distance from convenience store. Building is not new, but very clean and neat. NO cockroaches or any other species AT ALL. The apartments condition – great! Kitchen and washroom are renovated. In case if something needs to be fixed – all repairs will be done promptly. SPECIAL THANKS to Oleksandra (building superintendent) . She is very nice and friendly person and very easy to work with – was always here to help us! Five stars to Oleksandra and building itself!

Olexandra is doing a fabulous job and always very helpful. Good place to live in, building is always clean.

We have been tenant for 3 years.I like building. Resident Manager Olexandra do her job very well, when we have any issues or requests she makes it happen asap and always happy to help. I will recommend this building.

I have lived here for 4 years and the super Olexandra is amazing!!! Whenever I need something fixed I never have to wait more than a day! They have done the windows, balconies, painted, put lights in the parking lot and re-paved the parking lot! This building is a great place to live.
