I started training at 30 Minute Hit a few months ago and LOVE it !
It’s a quick and effective workout so limits my excuses. Something to look forward to at the end of a good or bad day.
The trainers take you as you are when you walk through their door but I always leave in a better mood, with more energy and a sense of accomplishment !
