The calibration process was easy and quick despite some poor internet and computer problems on my end. Working a good while past closing for a first time customer shows the dedication to customer service. Better price and process than the other places I had reasearched, most needed the ecm removed and shipped to them. I’ll be calling in the future for all my calibration needs.

I was slightly nervous about using a company so far away that I’d never heard of, but let me tell you… these guys rock! Jordan has gone above and beyond for me on many occasions, even after the product was in my possession and completely paid for. It’s uncommon for customer service like this these days. What a great experience. Decided it was time that my million mile DD13 truck I’ve had from day one, might start to have one box problems. Got a power increase with programming. Nothing wrong with truck before, and after it’s still runs great. Other then the power increase and not having to worry about what sensors are waiting to leave you stranded somewhere. It drives and sounds the same. This is not a hack program. The safety calibrations are all still there. Will definitely be back to have them tune my other truck.
