Just switched over to Telus and the Rep was excellent! The Rep on the phone stuck with us as well to ensure that the migration worked as promised.

They couldn’t help with items bought from the telus store that broke when brand new. They gave me otter box’s number, such a help. They can’t deal with the products that they sell themselves. I will never buy anything there again. One unhappy telus customer.
