The guy was friendly, the place is clean, decent selection of items, I love that they offer actual food late at night like pizza preheated to my liking and wings and stuff, and although the pizza wasn’t the tastiest (too greasy), I still appreciated the service and being open so late (24/7)

I went in to get an AUX cord and the lady kept trying to promote cookies and drinks to me after I said that I don’t want anything else but what I came here for. She then asked me if I want to sign up for rewards , after telling her no, she continued to push me to enter my phone number on the screen. She has no customer service and she works like she’s in a rush. Girl your job is not running away from you, just relax.

I do like the Asian man that works there though, he’s such a sweet heart and is very kind. Hope he is well.

I basically UBER a drink from this location almost every night and for whatever reason 6 or 10 times have to get a refund because the soda machine is producing watered down soda its like playing Russian roulette and the employees refuse to make sure the quality of soda people are paying for is sufficient enough to get their money daily. this has to be the most frustrating thing I mean one of your main perks is the drinks but you dont make sure the quality is up to par? And then my husband goes into the store to get soda and when he advised the staff that the soda is disgusting they refused to fix it and suggested he call the owner. then proceeded to provide the contract number for the owner which turned out to be the store number where she answers. Not okay

By far the slowest 7/11 iv been too. Staff here defines “lazy and useless” at a whole new level. If you do go in, be prepared for a 5-10minutes wait as the staff chills around while the line builds up behind you…they dont know even know where products are and every time you have to tell them where to look in their own store….every time….!!

Just thought I’d let the public know to *avoid* this location if you work on the road.

I’m an essential worker, I’m on the road 12 hours a day working out of my truck to make sure that the people of Ajax, Pickering and Scarborough have hot water, heating and cooling. We are INSANELY busy right now trying to repair/replace broken equipment.

I went into this location this morning because I had to use the bathroom and as everyone living through this pandemic is aware, most fast food places and establishments are closed, so gas stations are one the only places to relieve ourselves as on the road workers.

This location is denying the public access to their bathroom, and when I asked if there was something actually wrong with the washroom, the cashier simply says “no, it’s just closed to the public”.

SHAME ON THE OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION. Shame on you for closing your bathroom to essential workers simply because you don’t want the extra task of santizing. Shame on you for making hard times even HARDER during this pandemic.

SHAME ON YOU.
