I am not the type of person to write a bad review but I feel this is necessary. I have only been to this location a handful of times and every single time I have been I have had a terrible experience. It just so happens that the few times I have been, the same employee was working, I am unsure of his name but he is a bigger guy with not a lot of hair and glasses. He is VERY rude to every single customer. He yells at everyone who comes in and out. I know that these are stressful times with the COVID-19 going around but he does not need to take it out on his guests. He has very poor customer service skills. I have noticed there has been a few complaints about him already as well. All in alI will not be returning to this location.

The store owner and employees should brush up on the current bylaw regarding masks. Refusing a medically exempt individual even though you sign says otherwise.

Businesses like your are going to create a world of problems for yourselves

Went there to redeem my points for a large ice coffee and the machine had no more in it plus they didn’t even have large cups then I went to get a large french vanilla cappuccino and it was empty too both of the machines. No one keeps up with putting more stuff in it. Horrible place

Amazing service by DAVID! He was Lovely for the smallest things and honestly should be rewarded for such fanatic customer service.
