Let me put it simply.. This is THE ONLY convenience store in town I ask for a receipt every time. Why? Because they constantly ring things in twice (making an audible double-beep that apparently only I can hear), don’t apply discounts as advertised, or the prices on the stickers are inaccurate. I am NOT a frugal person. I don’t shop at 711 because I want something cheap, but I do expect them to not make repeated mistakes that border on theft nearly every time I go there.

Every time I ask for a receipt they tear off the part of that lists the items and their cost.

What good reason do they have to tear off this portion of the receipt and give me the little stub at the bottom? Make sure to ask for FULL receipts.

Nice variety of food and snacks, decently kept as far as cleanliness is concerned, but entry and exit to the parking lot is not a fun endeavor. Parking at all typically tends to be a bit sketchy this store shares a very narrow parking lot with a liquor store. I find the employees here to be friendly for the most part, and I haven’t had a bad experience yet.
