The trainers are absolutely amazing. They make the workouts fun. Before you know it 30 minutes are done!! With their help and direction you get better and strong.

My forever gym – love the trainers and the workout. Workouts are challenging but different every day so no getting bored! The trainers are always encouraging and push my to improve my technique.

Had my first workout this morning and loved it! My legs feel like jelly (in a good way!) From the moment I contacted them the response was fabulous, supportive and helpful. The trainer onsite was attentive, knowledgeable and motivating. Looking forward to going back.

The staff in Chestermere are so friendly, helpful and always encouraging you without being pushy. The workout is never the same as each round changes daily and the music is awesome and the after workout summaries are great!

I have been to many gyms in my lifetime and this is by far the most rewarding and fun! There are no class times therefore you aren’t rushing around trying to beat the clock! You can drop by at anytime!

The workout itself is is half hour of awesomeness! (fun kickboxing movements) and you can do multiple rounds and come back as many times as you want! The staff are supportive and encouraging and the gym itself is very clean. The 9 round community in Chestermere are friendly and super welcoming! Love love this gym! Try it out for yourself!
