The trainers are awesome. They all take it upon themselves to get to know their members. They work hard to help you meet your goal. It’s a great place to workout and have fun at the same time!

It’s a great gym with amazing trainers who really care about what kind of workout you are getting each time. The 30 min goes by so quickly and you know you have done something good for your body.

Never have I experienced such an amazing workout. Great dedicated staff always there to help you at every step. The workouts are never repeated, every round, everyday has a new workout along with one in one with the trainers. Not only this, great challenges to keep you motivated.
Being a diabetic, I was able to overcome the biggest challenge; to lower my medication. Not only did I lose weight, I was able to reverse my diabetes.
I hated going to the gym, but now I’m hooked and get withdrawal symptoms when I miss it. Hands Down, the best gym in town.
