These guys don’t even deserve one star. Quoted a price and then tried to increase it at the door. Laxy. Slow. Do not use these people.

Over charged me almost double quoted price after they spent a half hour literally laying down in the truck then disappeared for a while from my new house. They also did a bunch of damage to my old apartment and I lost my damage deposit. I tried to complain 5 times and wound up arguing on the phone with their employees.

Posted a family friends (a client’s) address and phone number on a thread. They are unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was great until they intentionally took the wrong route to my new place and was gone for 25 mins when it’s only a 8 min drive. They apologized for it when I called them asking them where they were because we both left at the same time. I knew something was up because they agreed to follow me but left first. When it came time to start putting my furniture legs on which they agreed to do in the beginning they said my 2 hours were up even though they took off for 25 mins. Wouldn’t recommend them. Also charged tax with no receipt.

On time, efficient, courteous, and handled my belongings with care. However, I was charged more than I was quoted; 3 guys showed up instead of 2 (which did make the move faster), 30 mins added for travel time and a surprise charge for a piece of heavy equipment (that I clearly mentioned when booking the appointment). Still a fair price, but would have appreciated more clarity when booking.
