This doctor is HORRIBLE. He doesn’t listen and when my grandmother who came in who has FIBROMYALGIA, Bursitis and potentially some other immune disorder he wrote her report about how she doesn’t exceraise and that she’s obsese and that’s her issue. HORRIBLE DOCTOR

Other than some off experiences with reception, gotta say that Dr. Gill truly cares about you.

I Do NOT reccomend Dr. Gill. If you are looking for Rheumatology services avoid Dr. Gill at all costs. On my first appointment he asked me a series of questions regarding my arthritis, he then plugged my responses into his computer algorithm, shrugged his shoulders and said “this is what my computer tells me to do, you wanna do this or not” … I was shocked. No tests, examination etc.. prescribed me pain medication and told me “goodluck” with a laugh. Worst doctor ever. He should have his license revoked. Will be filing a complaint to the board.

The receptionist at this office is horrible. They ask the patients to relay to their family doctors for re referrals every 6 months when that is not the patients job. They do not answer the phones and the answering machine states DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGES WE WONT LISTEN TO THEM. They booked an appointment that did not work for me and I called 50 times in a week with no answer. All I needed was to switch it. My doctors office has also struggled with communication with the receptionist at this office. The rheumatologist himself is great but its not worth the stress of trying to do the receptionists job and trying to get through. I’ve seen tons of elderly patients and I cannot imagine them trying to get a hold of the office and being charged a 150.00 no show fee because they couldn’t make it and the reception didn’t answer. This has been going on for the past 2 years and I have finally had enough. The stress of trying to book an appointment or looking for a new rheumatologist isn’t worth it. I will be going else where.

I have had the pleasure of being with Dr Gill for about 5 years. If you want the straight goods information handed to you he’s your guy. No messing around the truth and nothing but. If it weren’t for him I would be in excruciating pain and perhaps without a kidney or two. My family thanks him and so do I for everything he has done. I recommend him highly in every aspect.
