Called to ask a question and almost felt like I should have apologized for bothering Regina with my inquiry. Cold, curt and unhelpful. And this just from a less than 1 minute call including transfer time. Not a nice experience, I won’t bother them again.

Called for a quote, highest rate I found. When I mentioned ths the respose was tepid at best, kept trying to discourage the sale by mentioning I would have to pay the annual rate in full. Despite having been clearly informed this was not an issue from the beginning of the conversation. Can;t imagine having to call when I actually need something, will be getting my insurance elsewhere.
