Great gym, amazing instructors, world class talent, friendly atmosphere, bright, clean and spacious facility makes this a top place to train whether you are a looking for a recreational or competitive club! I have trained there for the past 8 years… Highly recommended !

Great gym, fantastic instructors, overall atmosphere is very friendly and supportive, which is important for such beginners as I am. I joined just a few weeks ago for BJJ classes but it already feels like home for me and I’m always excited to learn at every class. I was choosing between this gym and another one which is a little bit closer to my home, but finally chosen this one and I’m happy of the choice I made. My only regret is that I haven’t started earlier.

I don’t know what all I can say about this amazing family-run gym… it’s amazing and the VERY best in the greater Toronto area in my opinion! Professor Fernando has always treated me very well from day #1 and I honestly cannot say enough good about him. I would strongly recommend making this place your martial arts home base as the wealth of knowledge and world-class skill here is incredible. Trust me if you want to really get involved and better at Brazilian Jiu-jitsu you CANNOT go wrong with this place!

My son has been going to Action & Reaction for over a year and these guys really put on a great show! The instructors are patient and explain things in a simple manner for the kids, everyone is always having a good time and it’s my son’s absolutely favorite activity.

Can’t wait for the quarentines to be over so he can get back into it, great exercise and a huge boost in self confidence for the young ones!
