This guy was a GOD SEND! I lost my car keys while out shopping in a storm, I had my dog locked in the car, Active Towing came out and had my car unlocked in a matter of minutes and didn’t charge me a penny! This guy was a life saver!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! 5 PLUS STARS Thank you again guys!!!!

Ford road side assistance dispatched a truck from Mississaga to fix a flat in Kitchener. 2 1/2 hours later no show. Then they called Michelle and let her know how long I had been waiting. She told Ford roadside assistance they would be here within the hour. I again followed up was told by Michelle it would be 22 min. They showed up 150 minutes after the call. Total time for a flat. 4 hours and 50 minutes. If you’re too busy, dont take the job, especially under those circumstances. When the driver showed up, he did a great job changing the tire.

Update to your response. After they explained to you that I had been waiting for almost 3 hours already, you assured Ford roadside you would be there “within the hour”. That was a couple of minutes after 6 pm. I called you at 7pm to follow up. You told me at that time your driver was 22 minutes away, not a few minutes, 22 minutes and he was coming from Carmel Koch road. He arrived at 750pm (50 minutes) and did a great job. Once again, be honest about your ability to deliver a service. You have lots of 5 star reviews, and I am sure you deserve every one of them, but not in this case.

I have Roadside Assistance from Canadian Tire and locally, they always send Active Towing when I need a boost or tow. This morning I got my tires stuck in some mud at work and Active arrived sooner than estimated and had the most courteous and helpful tow truck operator. Wore a mask and maintained distance. The operator made lovely small talk and took a genuine interest in me while promptly hooking up my car and pulling it out of the mud. Got me back on the road in no time. A+ always! Highly recommended.
