Specializing in supervised exercise for heart conditions, diabetes, osteoporosis, arthritis, high blood pressure, weight management, balance and fall prevention. The population is generally older adults who have been referred by their doctor to exercise. Although referrals are not required, this space is open to the public for a limited time so they can service their existing clientele.
