We recently moved to Waterloo and had to replace the hot water tank in our house. We were replacing an 11 year model that had been rented by Reliable from the previous owner. When we examined our options, and decided to buy new, Reliable made the process extremely difficult and tried to bully us into a rental contract. We opted to buy from Afterglow. We are so happy we did. Great price and the service was excellent. They were extremely patient with questions and a pleasure to work with. In addition, they returned the old tank on our behalf. We called them to quote for a new furnace. Steven came out, I explained it hadn’t been working and the furnace is 15 years old. Steven asked if her could look at it to see if her could repair it before quoting me. I was very pleased that Steven was able to repair it quickly and professionally. Afterglow installed a new high efficiency furnace and water heater and I am happy with the result.
