I experienced the Raindrop Massage yesterday afternoon with De’Chante and it was quite possibly the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received. From the moment I walked into the spa I was greeted with friendly, thorough and professional service. The spa’s receptionist was very thorough and professional when explaining their safety protocols related to COVID-19, as was De’Chante. When it came to the actual service, De’Chante was exceptional. Not only did she communicate clearly and knowledgeably throughout the service but she also performed skillfully. I think the very best feedback I can give is that following the massage, I was so relaxed and my head was so clear, I walked home without headphones in, just taking in the fresh air and positive vibes I was feeling. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I will 1000% be back!

Had a couples massage and both of us had a great experience. Friendly staff there and we left feeling relaxed. Treatment was wonderful & professional. Will go back for sure.

My husband and I vacationed in Kamloops over the Labour Day long weekend. We have had many spa experiences and can honestly say that Aina Spa was one of the best! The staff was super friendly and the experience was phenomenal! Highly recommended!

Lovely decor, vibe & merchandise. Would return again based on the attention to detail and overall feel of spa, however mediocre massage & service. Been to many spas & had many relaxation massages and this does not compare, especially at this price point. Essential oil scent seemed off (almost stale smelling). No check in on pressure during massage. Once finished, massage therapists were nowhere to be found! Had to walk ourselves out. Never asked how it was, how we felt afterwards or offered water. Little things that make the difference. Loved the hot stones and warmed towels.
