Business class with Air Canada V.I.P lounge at Montreal international airport the atmosphere, host, chef, & the bartender absolutely amazing. The food was fabulous choices for all. Thank you for your hospitality.
Nicely renovated lounge (since last time I was there, which was quite some time ago). Food is good and better than in the domestic or transborder lounges. I don’t quite understand why they insist on having a bar, though, especially if they have a single person serving. At peak times, it is difficult to get something to drink.
Not as good as there other clubs. I get a free pass from my Air Canada credit card and enjoy visiting the other clubs, this one had little to no food, staff was no where to be found compared to passengers in the club, it might have been the late time I visited the club. Air Canada’s other lounges as well as there business class lounges are pretty nice.

After many flights with a different airline my husband and I decided to flight with Air Canada due to Covid that has registered great number of cases in USA. Unfortunately it has been a nightmare. We are traveling with our 3 months old son, so we called to Air Canada ahead of time in order to book our seats and request the bassinet to our baby. However, even with everything booked in advance they put us on separates seats without the bassinet!! As soon as we arrived in our first stop Vancouver tô Montreal – 5 hours flight) we called Air Canada to complain and ask to fix the issue at least for our next stop which will be the longest ( Montreal to São Paulo, more than 10 hours flight). The agent from customer service only apologized and said there is nothing he can do, plus said he could see our request but he couldn’t explain why they haven’t booked our seats and guarantee the bassinet.
It is our first time traveling with a baby, which is not easy, and now, thanks to you, Air Canadá, it will be an unforgettable nightmare.
Definitely, this will be my last time flying with you.
It is the worst airline in Canada, they are only interested in making money. I had a regrettable experience with one of her supervisors, Ms. Sonia Mansi, who wanted me to pay for a hotel reservation if I wanted to return to my own country. For 3 weeks I contacted Air Canada agents who assured me that I could travel without problems, when I arrived at the airport they prevented me. I am literally a Cuban citizen who has been prevented by Air Canada from returning to his country if I do not have a hotel booked. No one has explained to me, no one from Air Canada has made the gesture of communicating with me, my advice, if you can avoid traveling with this incompetent company then avoid it.
