At first, we had a little bit of a hard time communicating just because we are anglophone I believe. After clarification of what we wanted to do (relocate the AC compressor), we had 5 star service, fast and perfect. There was follow up of the work by the company and honestly we couldn’t be happier with the work. Highly recommended.

Briefly: we were very happy with their services from the first call to the installation day!

We found out about AirMax climatisation at the Costco and after doing some research on the equipment and the services with the prices we decided to go with Air Max.
We received a call from the company to schedule an appointment as we requested earlier. On the day of the appointment Mr, André showed up on time and was very respectful all of the time. He gave us all the details and options so we could choose the one that suits us the best. Then we signed the estimation and the company called us to schedule the installation date that works for us well. Pascale, director of Air Max, called us for the follow up and accommodation options. The installation crew showed up on time and did their job fast and of high quality. They checked the house inside and outside to make sure both units are placed at the best spots to offer us expected heat/cool and reduce the bills, as well as the outside unit to be well fixed on the wall and to not make any extra noise that may disturb our neighbours.
Overall we are very satisfied, we took 10 years warranty with Air Max just to be on a safe side, we liked that the company offers multiple options for the payment and makes sure the client is happy. It is to see now how are the aftersale services, but I hope we won’t need to discover it the longer the better :))
I do recommend Air Max to all borrows, they cover pretty big area of the Greater Montreal. We are located in Chateauguay and had not a single issue anywhere through the sale.

Again, I have changed my review to a 5 star. they have respected the time frame on returning the phone call, did a FANTASTIC JOB on fixing and replacing my useless central unit. Very satisfied and would recommend!

My new heatpump works like a charm. The installers were efficient and very professional, as was my experience with the sales rep.

We had an excellent experience with this company, they answered all of our questions and we felt we were in good hands. The unit was installed quickly and job was clean and well done. We have now had the opportunity to try it and do not regret our decision at all. Very pleased indeed.
