Now, to be fair for you, the good reader, I have not used their services yet. BUT, I have a working relationship with Nate, who is part of their team. You can usually tell what kind of a business you’re dealing with by the quality of people chosen to represent them. I also note they have worked to benefit charities and that really sets them apart. There’s many reasons why they have great reviews!

We built a home with Alair two years ago. We would build again with them anytime. They were exceptional to work with and they made the process so easy. Their two year basement to roof top warranty has been exceptional!

Alair Homes finished my basement. The project manager was on site every day to oversee the work being done. He was on time ordering materials. All of the trades were on time, and very courteous and respectful. Any questions I had were answered promptly. All of the changes I wanted were done. I am very happy with my basement and will be using it alot. Thank you Alair for making this experience wonderful!
