Car selection is good but the lack of service is appalling. I understand the idea of not tackling a customer the minute that they walk in but my wife and I walked in and waited for almost 20min before someone would answer some simple questions.

What a great dealership to do business with. From the moment I met Daniel to the time I drove away with the car, everything went smoothly. Other dealerships can learn from these guys. They gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and did not try push a lot of little EXTRAS on me just to make a few extra bucks.
Edit – As great as the sales experience was, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I just took my car in for scheduled maintenance at 24,000 KM and the bill was over $400 which seems quite excessive to me. Also, I advised them that the trunk release on my key was not working and that I was hearing a weird noise at the back when turning right (kind of a rusty spring noise). A month later and still no replacement key (not a big deal for me). However, regarding the noise, the mechanic said he test drove the car after the maintenance was done and there was no audible sound. First right turn I made, noise was still there. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but part of me wonders if they did not want to fix something that falls under the warranty. Now, my steering wheel is making a cranking noise when I turn. Wonder if they will be able to hear that!

Sales people need to be more aware of the changes to the new models before giving advice. I was stuck having to buy a new set of winter tires because the sales rep didn’t know that the older tires that the same dealership gave me for the older model didn’t fit the newer model. They made me a deal for the new tires. Great cars and most of the time very good service.
