Always a good service, and great deals

Best deal, nice car, great staff & directors and the process except I received the WORST SALES EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I found the deal online. Try to see a couple cars. It took him 30 min to find one car so I was waiting for a whole afternoon. I did not receive any professional advices. I asked about the car features and the salesman recommended me to read the manual. No interest on whatever on the customer. Left me in the office for 30 minutes to see the director, did not apologize for the delay and was very rude. The only time he was nice is when we decided to sign the papers. WOW! The day when we picked up the car, he did not even say hi. Why should he?! Already got his commissions! It was my first car buying experience. A very nice and luxurious SUV. It should be a happy ending but somehow, I was disappointed with the sales experience.

Lots of choices but the service was less then good

TERRIBLE, spent over one hour discussing a car they had advertised on their website and on their lot. Sales person Louis was excellent help and informative took the time to help us. He went back and forth to the manager and we finalized sale by giving them a deposit. Manager then realized they advertised the price wrong and would not honor it. POOR of ALBI to do after deal was made and deposit applied.

The first time I called there I got maximum service or almost….I had just finished with a very bad experience with another dealership to witch this next one seemed promising…not having a good credit I didn’t have very much choice on vehicle selection BUT what was offered was really good and far beyond anything I could’ve imagine owning… because we were still in winter I tried to add winter tires to the deal cause the vehicle was mounted on 4seasons tires…not legal to drive in winter…..needed winter tires….the dealer added the tires but I had to pay extra for them.. almost 20 mounts later I call my agent of the dealership and arrange for an exchange of vehicle.To this point, everything seemed fine although my agent was always hasty…I had questions to witch got quickly brushed aside by saying :” we’ll figure things out when you’ll be here”….so I’m offered an appointment to witch my agent is (no show)..
My file was dealt with his partner….to witch she did all the work on evaluation of selling vehicle..
The paperwork was done by her… New vehicle choosing done with her…new financing with her… Test drive with her and concluding deal with her and another party…..to briefly say my original agent ….the communication between those two was not properly done… Caused a few mistakes and misunderstandings…
All and all I felt like an undesirable task to deal with….to resume this is like saying…hello…here take this…thank you..bye bye…
The perfect recepie to make a client feel uncomfortable and unimportant…..
Very bad experience….not sure if I’ll be back there for third experience or ever for that matter
