Awesome service guys! I used to be a client of the dealership on Decairie and also the one in St Leonard. After a break in trust from these 2 dealerships, I tried one in Laval, and found it equally dishonest and the clients interest isn’t really at the heart of their team. A bit deceptive actually.

I’m happy to report my ongoing relationship with Volvo has been restored due to your staff at Albi. Louis-Philippe has been on the ball, and it’s nice to see a group that’s a little more genuine. It’s a long drive for me to service my 6 Volvos, but I guess I’ll start enjoying the beautiful drives up there, and take in the scenery.

If not for Louis and the awesome team you have here, I was actually contemplating going to a competing brand nex next time, but looks like I’m staying put.
