Good choise of trailers and parts bought first trailer 1985 bonair very happy with service and staff

I bought our first Camper at Alco VR, Salesman “Charles” took good care of us and helped us find the best camper for our needs/budget.

The service department however is where Alco VR really shines.. Dennis, Gino and Chris went out of their way to make sure small manufacturer defects were handled immediately. Even an aftermarket Camera install was handled until I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend Alco VR, especially if you live in Montreal and Laval, no need to drive over an hour to service your camper. Very rare these days to get proper after sales service, so I think they deserve this positive review.
