A cute little store where you can find some great deals on purses and shoes. Seriously check out their purses. They have some of the most amazing deals on some great very reliable material of purses. Generally they have great prices on them too between 50 to $60 purses that will last few years

Good customer service. Pricy but found a great pair of shoes on sale.

Before this I visited Aldo at Masonville mall which didn’t have many shoe collections. This shop had the variety of formal shoes that I was looking for. The staff were helpful in finding the right one for me.

I had an issue with my online order (shoes arriving dirty/scraped) so I went into the store to fix it. The girl who was there was absolutely amazing!!! I don’t know her name, but she has long dark hair if that helps and I was there on October 22nd around 4:30! Not only did she clean my shoes for me and order a new pair when I still wasn’t satisfied, she was also holding the fort on her own! She had at least 5 other customers in the store while she was completely alone! I can’t emphasize it enough! She had to deal with my 3 pairs of shoes (1 return, 2 re-orders), another customer who was placing things on hold, a mother picking items up with a toddler in tow (the customer also had hearing problems, which the associate handled beautifully and super respectfully, making sure the customer is comfortable), and a couple other people browsing and asking for sizes! Seriously, bravo! She was under so much stress, but never once did she lose her temper and she even later apologized for me for the wait. Nothing but respect for the amazing girl who deserves a huge raise. What an asset to your store!
