Very poor customer service. Rude staff. The lady was rudely pulling stuff from people’s hands and saying you can check the other bag at the back dont pull out anything from the front window thanks.

Terrible experience. Wasn’t acknowledged by staff, both barely looked up off their phones. Asked to try on 2 pairs of shoes, was told they didn’t have either in a size 8. It honestly felt like she just went to the back for a minute to pretend to look around and that she couldn’t be bothered to actually deal with us. Won’t be back.

Terrible customer service, seem to make stuff up as they go along. Drove in from out of town to return a bag gifted to me. At first, the cashier insisted that a gift receipt could only be used to exchange for an identical item, which seems odd since I’ve never heard of that before. I said as much, but she said that was the policy. I asked about even getting store credit, since I just needed a larger bag. Then I asked her to check with her manager since it seemed very strange.

She walked away with my bag and receipt, then returned and said she could not offer me a refund because the bag wasn’t in perfect condition. Very odd, since I didn’t even take it out of the gift bag – I knew it was too small for my needs and figured I’d just buy another one while I was there. The scuffs appeared very minor and I asked if it was possible they were there before they were purchased. Impossible she said, since each purchase is thoroughly inspected prior to completion for such marks and the cashier would have offered a discount for such a bag (as if any store goes out of its way to offer such discounts) . I checked with the gift buyer, and it was definitely not the case. The cashier then continued, saying that the person who bought me the gift should have inspected the bag for scuff marks prior to purchase as well, so they knew what they were getting. Just rotten service, and of course now the person who bought me the gift feels awful and so do I for this awkward exchange.

I experienced the worst customer service today. I’ve never had this experience anywhere. The attitude of the staff was the worst. The attitude of muttering to another employee with an upset face in front of the guest was really, really the worst. I just wanted a shoe refund, why should I have this unpleasant experience? If I can turn back time, I want to record the employee’s attitude and expression and let others know through YouTube or social networks. The quality of Aldo’s stuff is good, but I don’t want to give a star because the attitude of the employee is so terrible.
