Love the store customer service is top of the line you always get asked for help but not pushed to purchase.
Help is always there if needed. Shoes are nicely displayed and easy to find even without help.
It’s very well managed even though it is an outlet sometimes sizes are hard to come by but there is always an option to order them and free of shipping costs.
This guy Waj helped me to get some shoes for a wedding I was just there to browse and ended up buying 2 shoes. It’s about service and personal connection which I felt with that guy he actually wanted to help and made sure that I get the best match with my navy blue suit. He even offered my kid a candy. Great guy, made my and my family’s day.
