I am very satisfied with the service rendered today by ALERTE DÉBOUCHAGE D’ÉGOUTS through their representative Pierre. He showed great professionalism in solving a seemingly simple problem of unclogging a drainage pipe.
In the past other plumbers who came to unclog the drain in my kitchen, did a superficial service, which made the problem reappear after a short time.
This time Pierre had the plug removed, but in addition he also cleaned the entire length of the pipe, which will prevent the appearance of a new plug in the near future.
