I took transit during covid from burnaby to pick up cat medicine only to be told i must give the receptionist my debit card pin. I find this highly ridiculous because they should invest in a portable debut mechine. Instead of having STRANGERSA KNOW YOUR INFORMATION. ridiculous. Im so disappointed.

The staff at All About Cats Veterinary Clinic are fantastic! They are patient, kind and listen. Highly recommend!

Dr. Karen is very lovely, considerate, and to-the-point. She understands the perspective of a pet owner and clearly explains what is going on with the kitty and outlines possible plans and options. Also provides quick follow-up phone calls after tests are run. As much as my cat and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Dr. Karen, some of the receptionists on the team seem quite dismissive, abrupt, and sound annoyed about some of the questions and requests that are legitimate. You can sense that they want to hang up with you as quickly as possible. Although I appreciate all the hard work they do during this difficult time, I wish they were more patient, attentive, and actively listening to the concerns.

Even though this isn’t my regular vet clinic, the staff was very helpful, providing me with a single can of food in an effort to lure my cat into consuming her meds. COVID-careful, meeting me outside to complete the transaction. A very caring and friendly place. Thank you!!

I am very grateful for the excellent care that our cat recieved here. The doctor took her time doing a thorough exam and reviewing the chart that we had transferred from another vet. She went through her findings with us and recommended a course of action. I appreciated that she didn’t just send us home with some new medication before she had the test results. Instead, she called us the next day when she got the report and started us on the appropriate medication.
All About Cats is considerably further from us than many other vets but we’ll be going back there.
