Ann is always very attentive and professional and goes over the top to make me happy. She is amazing with color and remembers exactly what’s in my coffee!! LOVE ❤️

Anns hair salon is one of the best salons in Burlington. She pays attention to small details and makes sure that she understands what her clients want. I find that her shops is one of the cleanest I have been to and the aesthetic of the shop is really put together. I always leave her salon happy with my end results and encourage others to check out this salon.

Ann is very kind, considerate, and professional. The salon was clean and followed all the current pandemic guidelines. However, unfortunately, I am unhappy with the haircut and styling I received. I have very thick, curly hair and I went in requesting an overall clean-up and layering, as well as straightening my hair. I’m not sure if maybe there was a miscommunication, but thinning/shear scissors were used on my entire head, thinning out my hair significantly. The flat-iron was used on my hair while it was damp, which I know causes damage to my hair. I left with half of my head of hair on the floor. I’m not very picky with my hair, but I wasn’t expecting to have it drastically thinned out. I didn’t fully realize just how much hair was removed until I went home and I was very disappointed. My hair is now very short and thin (I cannot wear it in a bun or ponytail). I have always had thick, healthy hair and I feel that the integrity of my hair is now compromised.

We just moved to Burlington a few months ago, and I’ve been looking for a salon for quite some time. Found Ann’s salon because of the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I called to book an appointment and Ann was able to book me in the next day. I came to my appointment and was greeted by the receptionist. She was so pleasant and so is Ann. They were very professional and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and safe even if there’s a pandemic. I have long, wavy hair so I told Ann I want to cut my hair short. Showed her a pic of the hairstyle I want and she said no problem. I was so nervous getting my haircut but as soon as she was done cutting and styling my hair, I was so happy and could not stop smiling! She did such an amazing job and I am glad I found her. She’s definitely one of the best hairstylists out there and you can see her passion through her work. Thank you Ann for my beautiful haircut. I’ll be your client from now on!
