Amazing work! My car was filthy and he worked very hard to get it clean. Looks brand new, reasonable and kind service.

Went in for Apex Max interior and exterior wash. Got all the calcium stains out of the floor mats. They fixed some dents as well as a paint correction and buff. Great attention to detail and very friendly!

This place is in serious need of an experienced car washing operations manager. This is what happens when you a) don’t have any basic customer service skills; b) start a business you don’t fully understand; c) go into business without a business plan; d) father buys his son a business to get him and his friends off his couch; e) all of the above, f) a through c. My money is on ALL of the above.

In all seriousness, I feared for my car. No way my car is coming out of here without a scratch. Congrats to them, they didn’t scratch it, but I wouldn’t call it clean by any stretch of the imagination. At above average prices, my car ought to be clean. Especially after 45 mins with only 1 car ahead of me. The kid that “greeted” me, took my order, and rang me up, was too busy text messaging someone to look up and deliver customer service. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes while nothing happened at all. I got up walked back to the front to see what the heck was going on. No cars were coming out. It seems that the owner might be trying to give young teenagers a job opportunity (which might be a nice gesture, if true), but business is business and you cannot expect people to spend their hard-earned money for inferior car washes. I could EASILY get a better car was at Petro Canada or similar for HALF the price and in 10-15% of the time. Save your time and money people…
