I had Apex install my shower base and my water heater when it went. They were very reasonable. There guys were very knowledgeable.

I had no heat one morning, called Apex and they sent Ben over. He was on time, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable! In no time at all he diagnosed the problem to be from the original installation, and that the original installers didn’t clean the PVC shavings off their cut ends of vent piping, and the condensate drains were plugged full of these shavings. He also did a complete service on our furnace, and told us what to look for around our home with other Plumbing and HVAC items. We’ve had other plumbers do work for us in the past, and I will never use anyone else, ever again! Apex actually knows what they are doing! If you want professional service, with problems solved right the first time, call Apex! I can’t say enough positive things about these guys… and it doesn’t hurt that Ben is easy on the eyes, and smells nice!
