With their organized administrative team there is never a surprise. Friendly and available owners while being extremely professional.

Maintenance service in case of problems the same day or the next day, common areas clean and well maintained, apartment always cleaned and refurbished on arrival (you will never arrive in the clutter left by a former tenant).

Yes the “regulations” may seem “more” than elsewhere but most are just “common sense” and this is essential, in my opinion, to clarify the gray areas and ensure a good climate of cohabitation between tenants (climate that is excellent in Rioux buildings :)
