As a SOLO homeowner, dealing with Appia feels like they’re a second class developer. There was a basic privacy flaw with my apartment which they refused to remedy. Not recommended. The buildings are nice though.

they don’t want to fix your deficiencies nor do they want to hear about it. If I’m a new condo owner and I’m inspecting my unit – do NOT brush my issues and concerns aside. Devin was unhelpful and bothersome to deal with and doesn’t even follow up on simple tasks. They want your money and want absolutely nothing else to do with you once they hand that key over. Awful delay in development and worst in customer service. Such a shame.

Great customer service through the new home warranty period – helped fix anything that needed fixing with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new condo in burnaby
