The doctor that I got (Scott Marin) was amazing. Super helpful and could tell they genuinely cared. The staff were polite and efficient. Even when they made errors they were good about communicating. I was very impressed with the doc though. Ordered tests for me without even asking and seriously felt cared for. I hope they have a wonderful day.

I’ve had AMAZING experiences with two of the doctors at this clinic. I’m always so pleasantly surprised to find understanding and personable doctors. Very knowledgeable as well.

The staff, however, tend to be more surly and much less personable. I understand it’s a difficult profession and it’s high demand.

The wait-time is average for Canadian clinics in cities. I have no complaints for that.

In summary: Great doctors, Okay Staff, Normal Wait-time.

I went on monday when the cli ic was supposed to be open but it was closed to find a note that it would be open Tuesday. I returned on Tuesday to wait 4 1/2 hours to get my pressure taken and the doctor give me a prescription for a blood test. Worst service i have ever had to be charged $77 what a waste of money. I will never set foot in an Appletree clinic again. I think i should get my money back for such bad service!

I am not sure why these clinics do not allow RNs to inject or assess TB tests. In addition I am not sure why there are never any doctors that can actually perform skills available. What is the point of these clinics? Why was I allowed a TB injection at 5pm on a Monday if there was not going to be anyone available, in ANY of the clinics, to assess it? This place is useless. In addition to this, I went in and registered for an appointment and left as they advise. I met my boyfriend down the street and realised I didn’t know how long the wait time is. My boyfriend entered the clinic and gave them my name, and they gave him the time I would be back. They had not seen me with him, and they did not ask who he was. This is a major breach of confidentiality. If I had been at the clinic to report abuse, I would be unsafe as this man they did not know now knew when I would be there. After I get my TB test read, IF I do, I will not be returning.

Unbelievably poor service at this location. I went to the clinic Oct. 24 in Nepean. Location was not seeing any person to person patients. Was sent to clinic on Merivale Rd. same thing however because it was a neck injury they would not see me virtually and I was told to go to Preston st. location. I saw a Doctor Evans after waiting an hour. The Dr. looked at my neck for less than 30 seconds and told me I needed xrays and blood work. I asked him where to get that done he told me to ask out front. By this time the location was closed and there was no one out front. I visited a hospital and had the requisitions filled. The results were returned to Appletree on Oct. 27 and to date ( Nov. 18) they have NOT YET BEEN REVIEWED. I have tried to contact the clinic but it is always closed. I have tried to book and appointment with Dr. Evans but he has no available times. When I went to the clinic I could barely move and was unable to sleep due to pain. The help I received from Apple tree and Doctor Evans was 25 seconds of his time and nothing else. Almost a month has gone by with no follow up….. Absolutely horrid!
