Poor experience before they have even come to my home. Phone customer service was atrocious and unprofessional. They are contracted service partners for major appliance companies, but clearly wish they weren’t.

Great selection of appliances in an out of the way location for retail. Prices are very competitive and the product is in stock! Unlike most places today. Great staff and experience.

Great experience working with Appliance Maritimes. All of the guys are friendly and professional. Whenever I need appliances or an appliance repaired I always use them!

Had a range delivered. It was dragged across the laminate floor making scuff marks. The door was bent in. The anti-tip bracket wasn’t installed. There are a few chips all over with glue all over the burners. The inner packing material was left inside with the bracket. One of the door mutes weren’t installed. There was what looked like blood on the top and all over the handle. It wasn’t levelled. Had a three hour delivery window & they came a half hour late. One of the delivery guys wasn’t wearing a mandatory mask for covid. Not impressed.

My washer broke suddenly and I could not find one anywhere that wouldn’t take at least 2-3 weeks to deliver. Found this company online and was able to get a great deal on a Samsung washer and it’s being delivered in a few days. Dealt with Bernie the Sales/Operations Manager and he was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be recommending this place to others!
