DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would!!!

They sold me a car that had a transmission in it that was no good, then tried to tell me that it was fine and just needed a motor mount. They door seals were broken and they told me they would be fixed before I picked the car up and they weren’t. They false advertise, Chantale told me I had 30 days to take my name off the car or get a different car from them if there was problems then when asked about it, the manager, Steve told me that is not a thing. They gave me a rental car that was NOT safe for the road. There was little to no breaks as it had a blown break line, it needs a power steering pump, and the transmission is also no good in that car. They don’t care about their customers!!
And the manager is the WORST!!!!! He swore at me and my boyfriend! They are the furthest thing from professional.

Beware of this company as the mechanics they have installed my remote starter and messed up my foglights, and my daylight running lights.so bad that l had to have them disconnected and they will not tell me who install it so l can get them to fix it..not only that the were rude and very hard to understand..l would never buy a vehicle here again.. when you are dealing with something as expensive as a vehicle you need to understand what they are saying..

fantastic experience ask for Maroun this man will hook you up…and is a man of his word which is rare these days all he promised he delivered I am now driving a 2019 Buick and its because approval Genie made it happen so I strongly recommend them… thanks so much for all you did for us ill see you again next year when I get my truck !!!

Great experience with Jesse. Jesse was very professional, easy to talk too and quick to respond vis text, phone or email. I would highly recommend Jesse and the service to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
