I came shopping here yesterday with my fiance for an engagement ring. We wanted to pick it out together. They have a lot of high end pricey stuff (that is beautiful, just not what we were looking for). I gave my price range and the girl let me try on like 30 different rings several times until finally we decided on the one.

The customer service was just next level. Most places turn you away when they find out you’re shopping on a budget but they were determined to find something that we would love in our price range.

Arabella has been my go-to for jewelry for myself and for gifts. Customer service there has always been amazing. The staff is super helpful and friendly, and I’m never disappointed. Their jewelry looks delicate but is durable, and elegant.

I love this place! Great customer service, as the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Even though the jewelry is a little pricy, it’s high quality and is very simply and elegant. I’ve wanted a curated ear for a long time and the owner helped me achieve this look for a good price. She also has a an eye for design and beauty. In addition, their jewelry makes your daily outfit look extra without the effort of trying.

I know a lot of moms here were considering getting their daughters’ ears pierced and I just wanted to give a shout to the team at Arabella! They made my 5 year old feel so comfortable in the chair, talked us through the whole thing, let my girl choose her earrings and just overall made it such a special moment for both of us! I would recommend them a million percent if you’re considering a piercing as well!
